PAYMENT

*Once the customer clicks the button confirming the order, he is obliged to pay for the purchase and its delivery charges. *The goods can be paid for using the online banking system as well as www.paysera.com system. *The purchase is considered accepted by seller once customer receives an e-mail with confirmation. *In case customer does not pay amount due for the purchase in time, the order is cancelled.

DELIVERY

*We commit to deliver a product to the delivery address you have provided with your order. *Delivery might take 1-3 weeks. *All the orders are delivered using Lithuanian Post as a courier and UPS courier. 


RETURN

*Customer wanting to replace or return a product must submit a written request along with the confirmation of purchase. *Customer pays for the return of goods. *Payment might be refunded or the product might be replaced within 30 days if the original product is returned unused, with original packaging, intact and with the confirmation of the purcashe. *Amount for the returned product is transferred within 5 working days into the account indicated by the customer. Delivery charges are not refunded. *In case of replacement, the product can only be replaced with the equivalent product (in terms of price).


PRODUCT & MAINTENANCE

*There is a possibility that received product might look slightly different from the original pictures on our website. This might be because of the differences in settings of computer or monitor. Moreover, our products are made exclusively from the genuine Baltic amber and every piece of amber is unique, making it nearly impossible to produce identical product. * Baltic amber certaily requires a special care. Over time, because of dust, cosmetics, temperature changes or simply daily wear, amber stone can become dulled.  Same can happen with the precious metal of a charm. Daily wear or constant pulling may also result in the breakage of the string. That is why we encourage you to save the warranty card you get when you purchase our product. With this card you can use our service of professional care and maintenance any time!

* NOTE: You have to be especially careful with hard surfaces. Some chipped pieces of amber are, unfortunately, impossible to repair.
